WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF STAYING AT BELLAMAR VACATION RENTALS?

We provide a full-service experience for our guests including arranged concierge services, 24/7 emergency maintenance, and tailored communication preferences. With our philosophy in total transparency at BellaMar, you can feel rest assured that we have zero hidden fees.

IS IT SAFE TO BOOK DIRECTLY ONLINE?

We encourage it! No OTA fees, no problem when you book on our secure website! We follow a variety of security measures for every booking to ensure the safety of your private information. Your name, physical address, and email addresses are stored in a secure database. You’ll also receive an email with your booking information immediately after the transaction.

CAN I CHECK IN EARLY? CAN I CHECK OUT LATE?

Our check-in time is 4 p.m. (CST) and check-out time is 10 a.m. (CST). This allows housekeeping enough time to adequately prepare units between departures and arrivals. We want to ensure every guest arrives at a sparkling vacation rental. If you need to check-out late, special arrangements will need to be made and an extra fee may be charged.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

We understand that sometimes life has other plans for us. If you need to cancel or change your booking, we’ll refund the following amounts of your reservation deposit:

  • 100% minus the admin fee and applicable credit card fees at least 61 days prior to your Check-In-Date.
  • No refunds will be given for any cancellation or change for any reason within 60 days of your Check-In-Date.
  • If you do need to cancel outside the 61 days, the admin fee plus applicable credit card fees will not be returned.

HOW ARE YOU CLEANING THE VACATION RENTALS TO ADDRESS COVID-19?

The safety of our guests, owners, and staff remains our highest priority. Our housekeepers follow an enhanced cleaning regimen, which includes disinfecting all touchpoints and airing out the vacation rentals.

In addition, professional cleaning technicians perform a fogging process designed to cover all areas that require decontamination. Fogging involves using a sanitizing mist that penetrates soft furnishings such as sofas, curtains, and carpets. Most importantly, this mist kills any airborne pathogens and viruses that could still be lingering even after thoroughly cleaned. This process ensures the entire space is clean, sanitized, and coronavirus free.

We also rotate all of our linens and towels and clean all linens/terry in a commercial space after every departure in preparation for the next arrival. If you have any questions about our cleaning procedures, feel free to contact us.

DO I NEED TO BRING LINENS, TOWELS, TOILET PAPER, ETC.?

We provide complimentary items in the vacation rentals for you to walk right in and feel right at home away from home!

While some of our rentals are equipped with pool and beach towels, please plan to bring your own. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional items during their stay.

HOW MANY STEPS TO THE SOUTH WALTON BEACHES FROM THE VACATION RENTALS?

You’re just a 1- to 15-minute walk to the South Walton beaches from our luxury vacation rentals! You can just drop off your car for free at your BellaMar rental then walk to the beach without the hassle of finding a parking spot on 30A. We also have BellaMar beach chairs available for your use, complimentary.

HOW CAN I GET AROUND SOUTH WALTON BEACHES?

All BellaMar vacation rentals have free parking spots for cars and golf carts. Golf carts offer a fun way to zip around neighborhoods and tote items (as long as they’re on paved roads with a speed limit under 35mph). Many prefer to enjoy the views even more on foot or by bike.

If you’d like to avoid playing musical parking spots on the beaches, we can arrange transportation services for you!

CAN I BRING MY PET WITH ME?

Select vacation rentals allow dogs with an additional non-refundable pet-friendly charge of $350. We also ask that you please note it on the reservation letter. Please feel free to call us at 850-262-8650 to help you select the best vacation rental for you and your pet.

DO YOU HAVE CRIBS, HIGH CHAIRS, AND PACK ‘N PLAYS AVAILABLE?

SHOULD I PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE?

We do encourage purchasing travel insurance which you can easily do at the time of booking with Arch RoamRight. You can’t prevent the unexpected from happening before or during your trip, but you can protect your trip investment if it does.
